GSA Schedules, Inc. is a small, woman-owned business located in the Washington, DC metro area.
Our clients, small and large companies, are U.S. and International manufacturers, resellers, service
providers and integrators. The company was founded by Lynn de Seve in 1984. Our primary office
in Annapolis, MD includes ample space for meetings and small group training. We are conveniently
located near various hotel chains, restaurants, shopping and historic Annapolis. We welcome the

Individually the staff of GSA Schedules, Inc. has a minimum of 10 years to over 30 years of experience in Government Contracting and GSA Schedule Contract preparation through award. Expertise includes post award support for updating pricing, adding services, price changes, SBA Plan preparation, option renewals, change-of-name agreements, contract novation and other types of GSA administrative modifications and requirements. The team has extensive experience in GSA Customer Assisted Visits, as well as pre-award and post award audits. GSA Advantage uploads are handled in house. Following award of the GSA Contract and as needed, we provide training for marketing and compliance. Our trainers frequently speak at GSA and Industry meetings on topics covering marketing and compliance for doing business with the Government.
GSA Schedules, Inc. has unique hands on business experience and expertise in the day to day functions of managing a GSA Schedule Contract Program. We can assist your company in establishing a process for quote preparation, order tracking and reporting requirements. If you are a manufacturer, we are experienced in establishing a GSA Participating Dealer program. If you are a reseller or an integrator, we are the experts on structuring a program from multiple GSA Contracts, including establishing your GSA Contract.
GSA Schedules, Inc. is available to provide back up to your team for certain GSA functions such as reading FedBizOps or GSA eBuy, reporting the Industrial Funding Fee (IFF) or even assisting with a required quotation. Our team will be an advocate for your program in explaining confusing clauses to agency Contracting Officers or your sales team.
