Lynn de Séve is Founder and President of GSA Schedules, Inc., a government contracting consulting firm in business since 1984.  Lynn has over 40 years of expertise in the submission, negotiation, implementation, marketing, contract administration and compliance of GSA Multiple Award Schedule Contract and State Contracts, with a strong focus in the security industry.
